AREIMA members have evolved for nearly twenty years within major structures in the real estate sector as associate directors or corporate officers, each in their own speciality.
They decided to combine their skills within a single firm in order to provide their clients with a cross-disciplinary range of services to support the ownership of a property asset, from the acquisition phase right through to resale, taking into account the entire ownership process.

Guillaume Vetillard

Guillaume Vétillard is the founder of Keops Commerce, an advisory company for institutional investors, dedicated to commercial real estate and hospitality, which he owned with Crédit Foncier then the Caisses d'Epargne group until 2008.
For 10 years he was the France director of the commercial and managed real estate department of the DTZ group, today DTZ Cushman wakefield, after spending 4 years at Jones Lang Lassalle.
He holds an MBA in market finance from USF (San Francisco) and is a graduate of ISG
Jean Marc Sanchez

Jean Marc SÁNCHEZ is a Franco-Spanish lawyer at the Paris and Madrid bars and a former Legal Director. He has notably intervened in numerous cases for French and foreign clients in Spain as well as Spanish clients in France and regularly appears in the radio and television media, during conferences or training courses and publishes numerous articles on Spain.
